Shipping and Delivery
SHIPPING
All orders are processed and sent from Monday thru Friday from 8am to 8pm. The orders outside business hours will be processed the next business day. (We do not consider Saturday, Sunday o holidays as working days).
Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. Please note that orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.
Simples is not responsible for the shipping delays of the delivery companies.
The rates or taxes generated by the products income to your country will be paid by the customer.
The delivery time to your place will be determined by the shipping company and the continent you live in.
Shipping time:
- America: One week
- Europe: Two weeks
- Asia and other continents: Three weeks
You will receive a confirmation email with the details of your purchase, at least, the next business day after placing your order. FORM OF PAYMENT
You can use the following payment methods through our Payme payment gateway: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, and American Express.
In case Payme rejects your card, verify that:
Your card has not expired.
The credit limit does not exceed the maximum amount allowed for a single charge.
Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed to make purchases.
Check that you have correctly filled in all the necessary fields.
Your card data is only entered on a page owned by the payment gateway and transmitted in an encrypted form. Simples will only have knowledge of the result of the operation. We do not have access to any card information used for the purchase
ORDERS AND PRODUCTS
What should I do if I receive a defective item?
Simples only sells items in perfect condition. However, if you receive your product with any imperfection, we ask you to contact us by sending a message to the email info@simplesapparel.com or calling us at +51 997812890 (whatsapp) and we will solve the problem at the shortest.
What should I do if an incorrect product arrives?
If you receive a product that you have not purchased, contact us immediately by sending us a message to the email info@simplesapparel.com or by calling +51 997812890 (whatsapp).
Where can I get my order?
You can receive it at the address of your choice (home, work, etc.) nationwide.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
The company does not make money refunds.
Exchanges or devolutions outside Peru are not accepted.
